Colin Lee Opticians is a family-owned business, which has been providing the highest quality eye care to patients in the Midlands for more than 30 years.
Our founder, Colin Lee, and his wife Linda, set up the first practice in 1978, and with the help of friends and family, and much hard work, went on to open a further six to date.
Though Colin and Linda are now semi-retired, they remain directors, with Linda’s brother Clive Marchant now at the helm as Managing Director, having been with the company almost from day one.
As well as running the business, Colin also played an important role in optical politics throughout most of his career, holding a number of influential positions, including the national presidency of the Association of Dispensing Opticians, and chairman of the Joint Optical Committee for the European Union.
The company has stayed true to its beliefs in offering a friendly, professional and caring service, whilst still giving patients excellent value for money.
Our emphasis on quality extends into every area of our service, from eye-testing, to helping you choose the right frame or lens to suit your exact needs, fitting and making your spectacles, and any aftercare you require.
We are proud to say many of our staff have been with us for a number of years, thereby offering our patients great continuity of service, as well as a familiar and friendly face on each visit.
